E-Safety
At Houghton School we take children's internet safety very seriously. School staff are always happy to advise parents and would always encourage the use of parent filtering at a level similar to that used in school. Pupils at school are not permitted to use internet-enabled equipment unless supervised, and we would recommend parents adopt the same practice at home.
We also have an online safety committee (Staff and pupils) who promote the safe use of online activity. The recent focus has beenon the advantages and disadvantages of Ai.
